About Us

Founded in 2017, Gotham Green Partners was formed upon the belief that cannabis will be a globally disruptive industry across medical, nutraceutical, and recreational use cases. We employ an opportunistic approach, investing in companies throughout every industry vertical, and target best-in-class operators with differentiated business models, defensible intellectual property, and scalable platforms.

Partnership is key to our approach, and we offer flexible capital solutions across equity, debt, or hybrid financing options depending upon company need. Equipped with diverse institutional investment backgrounds and deep cannabis industry knowledge gained from hands-on operating experience, we aim to provide value-add strategic guidance and support to our portfolio companies from the moment we invest.

Our Team

Gotham Green Partners was co-founded by Jason Adler, an early leader in the cannabis industry and co-founder of the Cronos Group Inc., a NASDAQ listed global cannabinoid company.

Our team complements industry expertise with decades of institutional investment experience across private equity, special situations, structured credit, public markets, and venture capital, enabling the firm to opportunistically invest in companies throughout the space and structure creative debt, equity, and hybrid investments that strive to minimize downside risk while maintaining upside exposure.
