David Rosenthal joined the GGP team in 2017 and serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. As General Counsel David is actively involved in investment, exit, and fund structuring as well as firmwide legal strategy and operations. He also provides strategic guidance to certain portfolio companies where he serves as a board member. As Chief Compliance Officer David defines and maintains all compliance policies at the firm.
Before joining GGP, David spent six years as an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis.
David has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and JD from the University of Pennsylvania.
David lives with his wife and three sons in Seattle, WA.
